What do you need the money for?

We need the money for the development of the game. 100% of all revenue (after fees, taxes, and rewards fulfillment) will go into the development of the game.

This KS is not for marketing, ports, or extra features. But hitting higher goals will help us deliver the full vision and self-publish.

Is there no Xbox physical edition?

Unfortunately, due to our limited resources, we can’t offer a Physical edition of our game for Xbox. Physical editions will only be available for Windows, Nintendo Switch, and PS5 (if the stretch goal is met). However, if you back a Physical edition for any of these platforms, you can choose to receive a digital copy for Xbox since all physical tiers include a digital copy. We understand this isn’t ideal, but it’s our best option under the circumstances.

Are the devoter edition collector's edition?

No, it’s more like deluxe physical editions. it comes with the default packaging and includes extra physical and digital rewards (plus Beta Access). But rewards are tailored to Reyanard. This edition offers a great bundle for those looking for extra rewards on a budget.

Which one is the collector's edition?

The Fluffy Tail edition is our collector’s edition. It includes a plushie and all physical rewards, except for the figurine. The Luxurious Tail edition is another collector’s edition that comes with a figurine of Reynard in addition to all physical rewards.

Which platforms will the game support?

Steam and Switch 1-2: Supported from the start of the campaign. PlayStation and Xbox: Support available as stretch goals. Please note, Xbox support is limited to digital editions only. (Read FAQ-1 for Xbox support)

How can I select my preferred platform for the game?

In the next few months, you’ll receive a survey from us. This survey will allow you to choose your platform and provide any other necessary details for your rewards. Once it’s ready, we’ll send out an update on Kickstarter.

Beta access is available exclusively on Steam. You’ll receive a key from us, granting you access to all new beta builds throughout the development process.

Does the price include shipping?

No, we estimate a shipping cost between 10-20$ depending on your location. We’ll do our best to guarantee the lowest shipping costs.

Are there any hidden fees? (EU Important)

You may be required to pay customs fees for physical items. All digital items are tax inclusive. For residents of the UK and EU, you will need to pay VAT for physical items.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
